Description

This is a cottage dating from the 17th or 18th century, with alterations made in the 19th century. The original timber frame is now rendered and covered with a later brick front wall, which has been painted. It has a steeply pitched roof, now covered with corrugated iron, and a yellow gault brick stack. The cottage is one storey high, with an attic. A mid-19th century door and two four-pane hung sash windows are visible. The interior remains unseen. The building is included on the list for its contribution to the group value of the surrounding area.
