Description

Grape House is a villa built in 1836, as indicated by a dated stack. It features grey brick construction and a low-pitched, hipped slate roof with symmetrically placed end stacks, one of which is dated. The building is double pile and consists of two storeys. The front facade has a symmetrical arrangement of three recessed hung sash windows, each with twelve panes. In the center, there is a panelled door topped by a rectangular fanlight.
