Description

The war memorial in Kings Ripton was built in 1919 and is made of stone ashlar. It features a square, slightly tapering pedestal that stands on a stepped base. This pedestal supports the octagonal base of a cross, which rises and tapers towards the top. An inscription is located on the side of the pedestal that faces the road. The memorial is part of a significant group of listed buildings, which includes the Church of St. Peter.
