This is a 17th-century T-plan cottage located on Green Lane, Houghton and Wyton. The building is timber-framed with rough-cast rendered walls and a thatched roof. It features an internal stack and a more recent side stack. Three dormers have been added to the rear range. The front elevation to the road has three modern casement windows, and there is a side entry.
