Description

White Cottage is a pair of early 19th century cottages located on the west side of Huntingdon Road in Houghton. The cottages are constructed from colour-washed brick and feature a mansard roof, with thatching on the right side and a gabled slate roof on the left. The building is one storey with an attic, and it includes two dormers. There are three horizontal sliding sash windows with glazing bars, each set within segmental headed arches. Additionally, there are two doorways, also in segmental arches, although one of the doorways has been sealed.
