This is a 17th-century cottage located on the south side of Talls Lane in Fenstanton. The building has a three-room plan and is one storey high with an attic. It is constructed of colour-washed brick and has a plain tile roof with parapet gables. There is an end stack on the right-hand side and a ridge stack. A decorative dentil brick cornice runs along the eaves. The attic is lit by three gabled dormer windows, each featuring shaped barge boards and hung sash windows with glazing bars. The ground floor has three hung sash windows with glazing bars, set within segmental arches. A half-glazed door is set within a small, open 19th-century porch with a plain tile gable roof.
