Description

This is a mid-19th century house located on the west side of Talls Lane in Fenstanton. It is a two-storey building constructed of colour-washed brick, with a plain tile roof featuring patterned ridge tiles. The roofline has pierced bargeboards and paired modillions to the projecting eaves cornice. The first floor has a four-window arrangement of hung sash windows with margin lights, set within segmental arches. There are two three-light bay windows with hung sashes and slate roofs. A side door, located to the right, is sheltered by a single-slate roofed porch with pierced bargeboards. The door itself is six-panelled and features a rectangular fanlight.
