Description

23 and 25 Berkley Street are a pair of semi-detached villas dating from the mid-19th century. They are two storeys high, with two windows on each floor. The roofs are slated, hipped, and feature projecting eaves supported by brackets. The houses are constructed of gault brick with a first-floor band. The recessed sash windows have gauged flat brick arches, and most retain their glazing bars. The recessed doorways have stucco architraves. Nos 21 to 25, including these properties, form a group.
