Description

24 and 26 Berkley Street are a pair of semi-detached villas built in the mid-19th century. They are two stories tall and feature two windows with a slightly recessed entrance bay that has one window. The villas have hipped roofs covered with slate and projecting eaves. Constructed from gault brick, they have gauged flat brick arches above the recessed sash windows, which include glazing bars. The doorways are round arched and have fanlights above them. The buildings also feature moulded brick ridge stacks.
