Description

The Ferns is a late 18th-century building located on Berkley Street in Eynesbury. It is two storeys tall with an attic, constructed of red brick and topped with a tiled roof. The building features a brick dentil eaves cornice and gabled end walls. There are three three-light windows with metal casements and leaded glazing, along with three hipped dormers. A modern porch has been added to the entrance. The Ferns forms a group with Nos 2 and 5 on Howitts Lane.
