Description

This is an 18th-century cottage located on the south side of Howitts Lane in Eynesbury. It is a single-story building with dormer windows. The roof is thatched with Norfolk reed and has a central stack constructed from multi-coloured stock brick. The cottage has a timber frame with a pebble-dash finish, and features gabled dormers. It has flush-framed Yorkshire sash windows with glazing bars. The doorway has a modern porch. The cottage is part of a group with Nos. 5 and The Ferns, Berkley Street.
