Description

The Laurels is a mid-19th century villa located on Howitts Lane in Eynesbury. This two-storey building features attics and has a double front with three windows. It has a modern tiled roof with gable stacks and is constructed from gault brick. The villa has flush framed sash windows that include exposed boxing and glazing bars. The entrance is marked by a recessed doorway with a panelled door, accompanied by a well-crafted wooden trellis porch that has a tented canopy roof. The front of the property is enclosed by cast iron railings topped with urn finials.
