The milepost at the junction of Thrapston Road, Huntingdon Road, and Church Road is a mid-18th century triangular obelisk topped with a ball finial. It stands on a square base with a moulded upper edge, although the plinth has been repaired. The southeast face features a hand pointing towards Thrapston and Huntingdon, while the southwest face has a hand pointing towards London. This structure is noted in Pevsner's "Buildings of England," page 213.
