Description

This 18th-century milestone is located approximately 10 metres south-east of Coale's Lodge along Thrapston Road in Bythorn and Keyston. It is made of limestone and features a bull nose head, set diagonally to the road. The milestone is inscribed with the distances to Thrapston, which is 3 miles away, and Huntingdon, which is 14 miles away. The lettering is painted white with black text.
