Description

This is a mid-19th century building in a Jacobean style, situated at 36 St Mary's Street, Eynesbury. It is two storeys high with attics, and features a single window. The building has a tiled gabled roof with a decorative bargeboard. It is constructed of gault brick with stone dressings, and features square-headed sash windows with drip mouldings. A bracketed oriel window is located on the first floor, featuring a hipped fishtail roof and mullion and transom windows. There is a side entrance. The building is included on the list for its group value, forming a group with numbers 36 to 44 (even) and number 48.
