Description

Falcon Cottage is a 17th-century building that was altered in the late 18th century. It is timber framed with plaster and features an old tile roof. The cottage has one storey and attics, with three box dormers and two sash windows that have glazing bars. A modern tiled porch has been added. Falcon Cottage is included in the listing for its group value, as it forms a group with Nos 162, 164, 168B, and No 168, as well as with Nos 2 to 8 (even) Ackerman Street.
