Description

Trotwood Cottage is a late 18th-century building located on the east side of Great North Road in Eaton Socon. It features two storeys and two windows, with a tiled roof and brown brick construction. The cottage has a dentil brick eaves cornice and segmental brick arches above the Yorkshire sash windows, along with a recessed doorway. It is included in the listing for its group value, as it forms a cohesive group with Nos 162, 164, 168B, and No 168, as well as with Nos 2 to 8 (even) Ackerman Street.
