Description

No. 134 on Great North Road is a cottage dating from the 18th to early 19th century. It has a linear plan featuring two ground floor rooms and an internal chimney, classified as RCHM type I. The cottage is timber framed with a brick plinth and a plastered alcove. It is one storey high with an attic, and has one window on the main front and a two-window return. The roof is thatched, and it features Yorkshire sash windows with glazing bars, along with a dormer on the return. The doorway, located on the return, is oak framed with a boarded door.
