Description

The Ark is a 17th century cottage that has undergone later additions. It features a timber frame with painted brick panels and a tiled roof with gable ends. The building has one storey and an attic, with two modern casement windows. There is a 19th century glazed door that is sheltered by a gabled wooden porch, and a single gabled dormer. Additional structures have been added at either end of the cottage. The Ark is situated among modern houses.
