Description

This is a late 18th or early 19th century building of painted brick. It has a low-pitched slate roof with one hip, and decorative brick dentil eaves. The building is three storeys high and has three windows; the central window is blind, while the remaining windows have modern metal casements set within segmental brick heads. A central moulded doorcase, featuring shaped brackets supporting a modern hood and glazed door, provides entrance. The building is listed for group value, forming part of a group with numbers 27 to 57 (odd).
