Description

The Ring of Bells Public House, located at No. 27 New Street, is a building from the 18th or 19th century. It features a roughcast exterior and a new tiled gable-ended roof. The structure is two storeys high and has two widely spaced windows. The first-floor windows are sash style with glazing bars, while the ground floor has modern three-light bar windows. There is a central 19th-century door flanked by wide pilasters and topped with a large pediment, leading to a panelled door. To the right, there is a modern lean-to addition. The public house is part of a group that includes Nos 27 to 57 (odd).
