Description
No. 6 (York Row) is a house and office built in 1877. It features red sandstone and slate roofs, with three storeys and a basement in a double pile configuration. The building has a pedimented parapet, a moulded cornice, and bands between the floors and the plinth. Each floor level includes one three-light hung sash window with ovolo mullions, linked by stone panels. The entrance is located to the left, featuring a four-centred arch with carved stone spandrels and a panelled door. This building is included for its group value.
