This building, which includes a barn, stables, and cowhouse, dates from the late 17th century or early 18th century. It is constructed of red brick and features a roof with two levels, covered in plain tiles and pantiles. The south gable end has a parapet. There is a 19th-century stable on the site, and its interior remains intact.
