Description

No. 10 Delph Street is a house, now converted into flats, dated 1768 with 19th-century alterations. The front wall is made of original white brick in Flemish bond, while the gable end features white and grey brick. The 19th-century rear section is constructed of grey brick, and there is a rendered end wall. The roof is covered with reed thatch, featuring tumbled end parapets and end stacks. The building has two ranges forming an L-plan and is two stories high. The front range has three original window openings at the first floor, which now contain 20th-century casements. There is a central doorway, and the gable end displays a stone panel with the date 1768 and the initials TGE. The interior has not been seen.
