Description

This is a villa dating from approximately 1825 to 1835. It is constructed of Gaul brick with a low-pitched slate roof, featuring deep boarded eaves and internal stacks. The building has a double pile plan with a service wing at the rear. The two-storey, double-fronted facade features five recessed sash windows, each with twelve panes. A Greek Doric portico with a plain entablature and flat roof provides access, with two steps leading up to the entrance.
