Description

No. 7 Church Street is a house dating from the early 19th century. It is built of gault brick and has a stone slate roof. The building has two storeys and attics, featuring a symmetrical three-bay facade. The gable ends have parapets and end stacks. The entrance includes a six-panelled door topped by a round-headed fanlight, all framed by a wooden doorcase with a pediment, a reeded round-headed arch, panelled reveals, and fluted pilasters. On the ground floor, there are two recessed sixteen-paned windows with cambered brick arches, and on the first floor, there are three similar windows. The house also has two flat-roofed dormer windows with hung sashes.
