Description

A mid-19th century tower mill constructed of gault brick and tarred. The mill is four storeys high and has a boarded door facing east. Windows are present at each floor, fitted with replacement fixed lights. A temporary tarpaulin currently covers part of the structure. The ogee domed cap was recently blown off in a gale, and the four sails were removed after 1940, when the mill ceased operation. The interior floors and stairs remain intact, along with three millstones and a stone nut.
