Description

This is a house, likely dating from the 18th century and remodelled in the 19th century. It is constructed of gault brick in English bond, with a plain tile roof and gabled ends. The west gable has tumbling-in bricks. Brick axial and gable end stacks are present.

The house has a 3-room plan, with an entrance hall situated between the centre and right-hand rooms. It is positioned at a right angle to the road.

The facade is two stories high and has a 1:3 window arrangement, with the left and centre-right windows being narrower. The windows are 4-pane sashes set within cambered brick arch openings. A doorway to the right of the centre features a semi-circular traceried fanlight and a fielded 6-panel door.

The interior appears to retain original 19th-century joinery, although it has not been inspected.
