Description
Raglan Villas is a pair of tall terrace houses built around 1860. They are constructed of yellow brick with red brick bands and window and door architraves. The houses have a slate roof with end stacks and are two storeys high, featuring attics and a basement. The design includes hipped casement dormer windows. On the first floor, there are three paired four-paned hung sash windows set in segmental arches, while the ground floor has two paired four-paned hung sash windows shaped to round-headed arches, flanking matching entrances that have four-panelled doors and segmental fanlights. Stone steps lead up to the basement forecourt, which is enclosed by patterned iron railings. The buildings are noted for their group value.
