Description

This is a mid-19th century farmhouse. It is constructed of gault brick with a hipped slate roof and end stacks. The building is two storeys high and has a symmetrical facade of three bays. The first floor has three twelve-paned hung sash windows, each set within a cambered gauged brick arch. The ground floor has two similar, but larger, hung sash windows. A stuccoed doorcase with a deep moulded cornice frames a half-glazed six-panelled door, above which is a patterned rectangular fanlight.
