Description
This is a 17th-century house, altered in later periods. It is constructed of brick and stands two storeys high with attics. The front has a four-window arrangement of casement windows. The 6-panel doors are set within wooden doorcases featuring architraves and cornice hoods. The upper storey slightly projects over the ground storey, supported by a brick dentil course. The roofs are tiled, incorporating old Cambridgeshire tiles and some repairs. A 17th-century chimney stack is present, with diagonal shafts attached to a rectangular base. Numbers 8 to 12 are part of a group with numbers 1 to 25 on the opposite side of the street and number 58 Fore Hill.
