Description

36 and 38 Waterside is an early 19th century brick building that stands two storeys tall. It features a two-window range with double hung sash windows that have single vertical glazing bars, all set in flush cased frames. The entrance doors are six-panel designs, with the upper panels glazed, and are framed by wood doorcases that include narrow pilasters and cornices. The roof is covered with old Cambridgeshire tiles. This building, along with Nos 36 to 40, forms a group with Nos 33 to 47, Nos 51 and 53, the malthouse adjoining No 54, No 55, The Wharf, and Nos 52, 52A, and Quayside House.
