It is a timber-framed building with plastered walls, featuring a cross-wing on the left that has been re-cased in 19th-century grey gault brick. The south front is jettied and supported by rounded joists. The windows display irregular arrangements, including modern sashes with glazing bars, sliding sashes, and casements. The roof is covered with old tiles, while the west wing has a slated roof.
