The cottage has one storey and an attic, with two windows. It has modern casements and a central modern door, along with chamfered timber lintels. There are two old hipped dormers and a rebuilt brick chimney stack at each end. At the south end, there is a 19th century stone and pantile outbuilding that has been converted into an extension.
