Description

No. 38 Church Street is a 17th-century cottage constructed of coursed stone rubble, featuring a hipped thatched roof. The thatch extends over an outshut to the left of the front. The building is one storey with an attic and has two windows, which are 19th-century casements. There is a modern wooden porch at the entrance and an attic window located at the west end. A brick chimney stack is positioned off centre, and there is a modern one-storey flat roof addition on the east end.
