Description

Tinderbox Cottage is an early 18th-century cottage located on Broadwheel Road in Helpston. It is constructed of roughly shaped stone rubble with a steeply pitched roof of Collyweston stone, featuring gabled ends. The cottage is a single storey with an attic, and has two windows. The windows are two-light casements. Two gabled dormers light the attic space. A central, modern door replaces the original; it is flanked by brick end stacks.
