Description

21 Woodgate is a 18th-century stone rubble cottage that has been whitewashed. It features a thatched roof with coped gable ends and is one storey high with an attic. The cottage has two windows, which are two-light casements on the ground floor, accompanied by modern shutters. There are also two eyebrow dormers. Under the eaves, there is a stone tablet inscribed with "C" over "I M 1789". The building has brick stacks at each end. At the north end, there is a 19th-century stone rubble extension that has a lower pantile roof with a gabled end.
