  1. 5141 HELPSTON WOODGATE (east side) No 21 TF 1205 37/325 12.6.81 II GV 2. C18 stone rubble cottage; whitewashed. Thatched roof with coped gable ends. One storey and attic. Two window range. Two-light casements, ground floor with modern shutters. Two eyebrow dormers. Stone tablet under eaves inscribed "C" over "I M 1789". Brick end stacks. C19 stone rubble extension at north end with lower pantile roof with gabled end.
