Description

This is an 18th-century cottage located on School Lane, Maxey. It is constructed of coursed stone rubble and has a thatched roof with gabled ends. The cottage has internal chimney stacks with brick tops at each end. It is a single storey with an attic. The ground floor features two modern casement windows with glazing bars and a central modern panelled door. A dormer casement window is set into the thatch above the eaves.
