Description

A row of houses, now used as commercial premises, dating from the 18th century, and possibly incorporating an earlier structure. The building is constructed of red brick with a clay tile roof. It has a ten-window frontage and extends to two storeys and attics. The ground floor features two 20th-century shop fronts and one smaller 19th-century shop front. There is a 20th-century window in an enlarged opening, two 20th-century part-glazed doors, and one plank door. The first floor has five blind windows and five windows with 20th-century casements replacing original sash windows. A box dormer is visible. A brick band runs along the first floor. The brick parapet has simple mouldings, and a red brick ridge stack is present.
