Shuttleworth Estate cottage. Mid -late C19. Mottled pink brick, block bordering road with colourwashed roughcast render. Clay tile roofs with bands of fishscale tiles. Single storeyed 2-room block bordering road, with brick block projecting from rear. Road elevation has 2 3-light cast iron lattice casements. Entrance to rear. Brick integral gable end stacks with chamfered angles to W and N. Forms a group with nos. 3, 4 and 6 (items 10/132, 10/133 and 10/135).
