Description
College Cottages is a house that was formerly a row of cottages, dating from around 1700. It features timber framed construction, with parts weatherboarded and parts having plaster infill. The roof is half-hipped and thatched. The building has a three-room plan and is two storeys high. On the ground floor, there is one three-light and three two-light casements with glazing bars. The first floor has one single-light and three two-light casements, also with glazing bars. A part-glazed door aligns with a red brick double ridge stack, and there is a blocked doorway to the right. The left end has a red brick integral stack, and there is a single-storey brick and thatch addition to the left gable end.
