Description

The Green is a house that was originally two cottages, dating from the late 17th century and early 18th century. It features a timber frame with plastered walls and a tarred brick plinth. The building has a thatched roof and is designed in an L shape, with two storeys. The front has two glazing bar casements and one casement located in the right-hand front projection. There is an 18th-century external stack on the right gable end, while the main section has an original ridge stack in the center. At the rear, there is a lean-to structure from the 18th or 19th century, constructed in clunch and roughcast, topped with a slate roof.
