Description
Hulcote Manor is a house that was formerly a rectory, built in the early 19th century with later modifications. It is constructed of red brick and features a hipped slate roof. There are later additions made from red and yellow brick, with some parts rendered. The building is two storeys high with attics and has a double-pile plan.
On the northeast side, the elevation is highlighted by a projecting two-storey gabled block, which is likely a later 19th-century addition. This section has a rendered front wall and includes a Doric tetrastyle portico topped with a triangular pediment. The central entrance features a part-glazed door flanked by sidelights and topped with a rectangular fanlight.
The southwest elevation presents a four-window facade, with an off-centre semi-octagonal bay on the ground floor. There are French windows on the left side and in the projecting bay. The remaining windows are sashes with glazing bars. In the attic, there are two box dormers that contain two-light horizontal sashes with glazing bars. The roof has two red brick ridge stacks.
