Description
Manor Farmhouse is a house that underwent reworking in the 18th century, originally built earlier. It features red brick with a chequerwork pattern made of flared headers in some areas and encases sections of timber framing. The roof is covered with clay tiles. The building has one storey and attics, following a two-room plan, and has its gable end facing the road. There is a 20th-century extension at the rear gable end.
On the south elevation, the ground floor includes two three-light casement windows, while the attic has three gabled dormers with two-light casements. The entrance features a part-glazed door with decorative trelliswork and an open porch. There is one brick integral stack on the road gable and another ridge stack at the junction with the 20th-century extension. Additionally, there is a late 19th-century yellow brick addition to the north side bordering the road.
