Description

No. 28 King Street is an 18th-century house constructed of red brick with a clay tile roof. It features a three-window range and stands two storeys tall. Both floors have three 3-light casement windows set beneath segmental heads. The doorway is located between the two left-hand bays and consists of a six-panel door within a pilastered doorcase topped by an open pediment hood. A simple brick eaves cornice runs along the top. The right-hand angle of the building is rounded at ground floor level and corbelled out at first floor level. There are red brick integral stacks at the gable ends and one brick ridge stack.
