Description
This barn, located approximately 40 meters southwest of Highlands Farmhouse, dates from the 18th century. It is constructed with a timber frame and is clad in weatherboarding, topped with a thatched roof. The barn features a four-bay plan and a queen strut roof structure. There is a cart entrance on the north elevation, and to the east gable end, there is a lean-to that is partly brick and partly weatherboarded, with a pantiled roof.
