Description

Hill View, located at 14 Woburn Street, dates from around 1750 and is a two-storey building. The ground floor is made of cream-painted brick, while the upper floor is finished in plaster. It has a hipped tiled roof at the east end. The building features two sashed windows that protrude forward in their frames. The entrance includes a four-panel door with a simple fanlight, positioned between panelled reveals within a straightforward wooden case that has reeded decoration and a shallow hood. Hill View is part of a group that includes Nos 2 to 20 (even).
