Description
St Dunstan's House, dated 1750, is a two-storey building with a basement, constructed of painted brick. It features an old tiled roof with one dormer and a modillion cornice. The façade includes four sashes with intact glazing bars and a part stringcourse. On the ground floor, there are two three-light canted bays, two cambered sashes, and a doorcase that has a pedimented weatherhood, a moulded architrave, and a six-fielded panelled door, accessed by three stone steps. The building has a plinth, and the pediment displays a cartouche. St Dunstan's House is part of a group with Nos 39 to 45 on the same street.
