Description

Westbank Cottages is a row of three cottages built in the late 18th century, with mid 19th century additions at each end. The main block features colourwashed roughcast render, likely over a timber frame, while the later parts are rendered over brick. The main section has a thatched roof, while the additions have shallower slated roofs. This long, two-storey row has two 2-light and four 3-light casement windows on both the ground and first floors, all fitted with glazing bars. There are four doorways, each sheltered by gabled rustic open porches.
