Description

20 and 22 Lake Street are early to mid 19th century buildings located in Leighton Buzzard. They are constructed of yellow brick and feature a hipped roof covered with Welsh slate, along with a panelled cornice. The buildings rise three storeys and have sash windows with glazing bars set in reveals beneath flat arches. On the ground floor, there are two canted bay windows. The doorways are adorned with oblong fanlights, panelled reveals, and surrounds that include attached Doric columns, friezes, and cornices. Nos 16 to 22 (even) are part of a group.
